E-commerce project

A young and fast growing company in the field of mail order and e-commerce B2B and B2C has engaged us with the redesign of its warehouse logistics. The goals are ambitious: speed, quality and scalability in the daily processing on the one hand, growth, flexibility and falling costs on the other.  

Requirements specification

alphalogs supports one of the leading manufacturer of air dryer, heating and air conditioning in preparing a requirements specification for a new warehouse management system. The concept and tender phase for the new software was also accompanied by our team.  

Expansion of the management board

We are pleased to announce that our longtime employee Ms. Lara Guziolek will be appointed to the management board of alphalogs effective 16 July 2018. In her new role, Ms. Lara Guziolek will co-design and take responsibility for the future direction and development of alphalogs together with the managing partner Mr. Markus Kloepfer.  


By developing internal standards and increasing the performance, alphalogs now relies on the agile project methodology Scrum. This shall ensure that goals are achieved more effectively in so-called sprints and so working methods are improving continuously.  

Warehouse Management System

alphalogs supported a well-known retailer from the Sauerland in selecting and contracting a warehouse management software. The evaluation of the offers by our specialists provided the customer with a good comparability and therefore a good decision basis.  

Optimization of an existing site

Over the past few weeks the alphalogs team supported a client with a planning to optimize an existing site. The aim was to ensure the performance of the site taking into account the volume growth in the coming years. This is made possible by the installation of a high-performance shuttle system.  

Tendering and contract awarding
